Miso Maple Glazed Pork Loin
Ingredients:
1 lb pork loin
3 tbsp yellow miso paste
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp white pepper
1 clove garlic
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, ground ginger, and white pepper. Finely chop or grate the garlic into the bowl. Stir to combine.
Place the pork loin in an airtight container or bag and coat it evenly in the marinade. Let it sit for at least 1 hour, or up to 2 days in the fridge.
When you’re ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the pork in a baking dish and bake for 35–45 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temp reaches 145°F.
Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with rice and green beans.
